Great experience.  Worked with Derek here in Des Moines.  Called in the morning and asked me what time they wanted me to come.  Came promptly at agreed upon time.  Explained/showed me what needed to be fixed and the estimate.  Finished in less than 30 minutes and showed me how everything was working and recommended future maintenance.  Also gave me Angie's discount.  Would highly recommend and use again.
